Training center

The decision to establish a training center was implied by the legislation complexity, which accompanies execution of industrial units for storage and dosage of poweder and fluid raw materials. There is a large number of standards and laws involved, which the supplier must comply with and guarantee to the investor. Its statutory texts, compliance and adherance to change with every implementation. Thus, such implementation becomes an original created based on the investor's requirements, and the phase of education and training, in connection with the actual requirements, becomes a never ending cycle. No less demanding issue is also the area of technological solutions and continuous innovation of control systems and software. The company's future development, retention and strengthening of its current position on the market is conditioned by extensive knowledge and perfect orientation within the above-mentioned issues for all employees of FUTURPOL, s.r.o. company.

The solution to this problem was established by opening the training center, which helped to resolve the readiness and training of company's individual divisions. These divisons may then offer, along with the terminated project, also its trouble-free operation in accordance with all legislation standards. The positive contribution of the established training center is also technological and training cooperation with companies, which carry out related and mutually compatible business and research activities.
