Storage

of powder materials of the granulometric range of 30 microns (e.g. talc powder) to 15 mm (e.g. soya beans) in tanks of 1 cubic meter to 150 cubic meters in outside stainless steel tanks or internal metal silos.

Conveying

We convey raw materials pneumatically by underpressure, overpressure or mechanically by endless screw or spiral conveyers.

Raw materials pneumatic conveying

By means of underpressure or overpressure, reliable and quiet, with the guarantee of route cleaning after conveying. Wide range of capacities, up to 50,000 kg/hour.

Vibrosifter

For pneumatic conveying and gravitational feeding, made of stainless steel, sieving net diameters and capacities based on the materials sieved, electronic pneumatic valve for automatic removal of impurities to expulsion channel, high sieving capacities.

Turbosifter

Fitted into pneumatic conveyance for sieving of materials of various granulometrics. Quick control and maintenance, capacities from 1,000 to 3,500 kg/hour.

Defferizator

Stainless steel shell - O 250 mm. Wide scope of applications in the industry for defferization of raw materials. Supplied including the service warranty for convenient removal of metal impurities captured by means of magnetic bars.

Bag and big-bag unloading systems

Universal for all sizes. May be used for the direct feed of lines, or to load silos. May be equipped with electrical hoists fitted directly to the system, as an accessory.

Sugar mill

The sugar mill may be supplied including the silo for the milled sugar with homogenisation and an independent filtration unit with an anti-explosion protective membrane. It complies with strictly monitored ATEX standards.
